4.2 Account Suspension and Closure. 1q777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Platform reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) match-fixing or game manipulation; (d) use of automated software or bots; or (e) provision of false registration information.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that records no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. 1q777 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after providing written notice to the registered mobile number. Real Money Balance remaining after fee deductions will be held for a further 12 months before being subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
4.4 Account Closure Request. Players may request permanent closure of their Account by contacting 1q777 support via the live chat channel. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after identity verification, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1q777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph InstaPay, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing. 1q777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1-2 hours for GCash and Maya. This is a service-level target and not a contractual guarantee. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, pending KYC verification, or active fraud review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
5.4 Withdrawal Ownership. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. 1q777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements before it may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. 6.4 Maximum Bonus Win. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, winnings generated from Bonus Balance spins or bonus wagers are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of ₱10,000 per bonus campaign. Winnings exceeding this cap may be removed from the Player's balance at 1q777's discretion.
6.5 Withdrawal Priority. When a Player requests a withdrawal, Real Money Balance is always disbursed before Bonus Balance. Players may forfeit remaining Bonus Balance at any time by contacting support, whereupon the Account's Real Money Balance becomes immediately withdrawable without wagering conditions.
7.1 Random Number Generation.
